About the Founder
Megan Fulmer is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Fulmer Global Regulatory Advisors LLC, bringing more than 17 years of experience in regulatory compliance, international trade, quality, and global market access within the animal food and ingredient industries.
Throughout her career, Megan has worked extensively with animal feed, pet food, rendered animal proteins and fats, and other animal-derived ingredients. Her experience includes navigating complex import and export requirements, supporting international market access, managing regulatory documentation and certification, coordinating facility and product approvals, and working directly with U.S. and foreign regulatory authorities.
Prior to founding Fulmer Global Regulatory Advisors, Megan held progressive regulatory and quality leadership roles, most recently serving as Director of Import & Export Programs for a major U.S. ingredient manufacturer. In that role, she supported international trade and regulatory programs involving multiple products, facilities, and global markets while helping translate regulatory requirements into practical solutions for operations and commercial teams.
Megan founded Fulmer Global Regulatory Advisors LLC to provide companies with experienced, practical regulatory support without adding unnecessary complexity. She understands that regulatory requirements do not exist in isolation, they affect production, documentation, logistics, customer commitments, and ultimately whether a product can successfully reach its intended market.
Her approach combines technical regulatory knowledge with real-world industry experience to help clients identify requirements, anticipate potential barriers, and develop workable paths forward.
